I have a relative in Tn that was convicted of a sex offense. Is it a way for him to go to court to stop regter
He was convicted of a sex offense and now registers as a sex offender in TN. Can he go back to court and file a petition not to register after a specific period of time?

Nope, once a sex offender you always have to keep up on your registry. There is no petition you can file. He will always be considered a sex offender.
